Pomgranate detail: sepals and a few dryed stamens. I know that a lot of people do not like to prepare pomgranates because of the mess. But I have learned a while ago a quite good technique, with no mess at all. But not with this one. I had only one, and as I wanted the seeds as bokeh in the background, and the focus on the petals I had to do minimal invasive keyhole surgery and remove the seeds through a tiny hole at the back of the fruit. My patient would definitely have bled to death, while the operation. ;-) But I like the outcome, and it goes imho well with the previous rainbow pics, so it was well worth the mess.
Enjoyable commentary! I would have loved to see you do it! As a matter of fact, I would love to be a fly on the wall and see how you create all the spectacular bokeh on your shots. You do it so well.
