2020-03-04 semi-wild sage

"My" semi wild sage (Salvia officinalis) sprout their first new tiny leaves after winter.
So many nice dishes will be flavoured with this plants leaves until it is covered by snow again in autumn/winter.
I like the soft texture of the leaf and the lovely water drop.
