Nigella eat your heart out

For the Push challenge as challenged by @m9f9l - "So my push challenge for you is a selfie that tells about an interest you have other than photography."
My main interest besides photography is cooking and food so I was happy to take a selfie whilst preparing a delectable meal, of course it was not going to be unprocessed :)

I was hoping to get some motion at the kite beach, but it was so bright out, that I couldn't really get a slow shutter speed- :-( Then I took some shots of our sprinkler, but I don't think I really liked any of those. I will try more tomorrow!

Great selfie Monika - I think the processing 'reflects' who you are too - and a good portrait should aim to encapsulate the 'being' more than the physical attributes - the warmth, openness & generosity that is here is part of 'you', as is the connection to your family. The processing is the 'patina' of your life that makes 'you' who you are. :)) Totally successful push...
