Hi, this is Tiina from Helsinki Finland. No kids, no pets, only a husband.

I have always liked snapping photos but have been taking photos a bit more seriously for a couple of years. My husband is an artist and he has been helping me a lot and with his help I really found this great hobby. Since I joined in to 365 I have been watching the world through a lens. I have to say that the world looks much more interesting and prettier that way:) Don't you all agree? A week ago (May 7, 2010) I bought a new camera, Nikon D5000. So far I have used point and shoot model, Canon powershot sx110. I have lots to learn and I love it. I think that basic image editing (such as cropping, adjusting color balance and contrast etc) is part of photography and I'm learning it a bit by bit. I'm a Linux and Gimp user.

I like to take photos just about everything:) Maybe most of nature but I really enjoy doing staged photos.

My other dear hobby is Postcrossing (www.postcrossing.com). I collect postcards and love sending them to random people and my friends around the world. I think these two hobbies are in fact quite close to each others. Both has amazing pictures involved.
