Darkness into Light...the Birmingham-Worcester Canal

This area has seen some dark times too, Brum being at the heart of the Industrial Revolution, and the lives of the bargees far from easy. I've worked for many years with the communities of the inner city and it is such a joy now, to feel the warmth and growth that is transforming this environment. Perhaps by some of those babies I nurtured way back when...
