Duck creek

Practicing doing some long exposure. This was a 30 second exposure using a polarizing filter.
Beautiful long exposure. It looks so tranquil.

Hard to believe 30 second exposure. Motion and stillness combined.

Beautiful capture. I still need to learn how to do a long exposure. Any pointers would be helpful.

@cristinaledesma33 There is some equipment required. You absolutely need a tripod. The aperture was at f22 and ISO of 100. I also had a polarizing filter on, which is equivalent to 2 f stops. The filter is needed to keep from being over exposed.

Hang about - I took a similar water image and you said 1.5 seconds was too long, which would make 30 seconds is an eternity!

Stunning! I have an ND filter kit on my Christmas list. I dream of getting a shot like that. Fantastic!

Lovely image, also your comments interesting about the P. filter and slow speed. I will experiment with the filter l have for this water effect. Fav
