I wore my orthotics in my left shoe wrongly on Monday - with my left foot forward a smidge - and the hard part of it dug into my arch. This resulted in a pulled ligament in my arch. So, yesterday - after a painful morning of grocery shopping - I went to the podiatrist and got my poor foot strapped. Mum did the same thing to the same foot!
