Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
Thanks for the link... but my Castanospermum was only £3.99 sterling.... considerably cheaper than the $49 on the web site!! I'm guessing $5 or 6 for mine?
Once they're all gone, I'll be repotting this little guy as he's popped root into the ground. So, by the time Spring comes around, he'll be ready to flower again for Summer!
Mindy: It's called a Frangipanni (pronounced: FRAN-ja-PANNI). It's a native of South America (I think) and has been grown around Asia, North Queensland and most of Australia; so long you don't get frost or snow, it'll grow as it loves the heat and sun. The plant is happy in a pot and absolutely thrives in the ground. There's so many varieties that put out a huge array of colours of flowers, nobody can tell exactly the number of Frangipanni plants around the world.
This one needs repotting into a larger pot this Winter. I just have to wait until all the leaves are gone and the it's a stump... well, completely dormant ... before I can remove it from its pot, otherwise the shock could kill it.

I must repot some of them this year.
