Today, Mum and I went to the Epilepsy Queensland Symposium at the P.A. Hospital. It ran from 9 am til 4pm and was full of information about the condition as a manageable chronic condition to surgical options.
My neurologist gave a one hour speech and we caught up beforehand. She was so happy that I've taken up the piano.

Oh, it was. EQ is such a great place for people who have the condition and these symposiums are held so we are kept in the loop about what's going on about Epilepsy. I'm so happy about them as it makes me feel less alone about having it.
