Yesterday's heat was dreadful! I was feeling very much under the weather last night as my salts dropped - as did my blood pressure - and so I took my last two salt pills and tried to get to sleep at around midnight. But our bins hadn't been collected at the back of our complex so they stunk to high heaven! So, I was out there with Glen-20 spraying all the bins to get rid of stench! Thank goodness that worked!
Even though today is much cooler - has a lovely cool breeze - I'm still not feeling great. I still had to go out, fortunately not all day, and so I'm now home taking it nice and easy.

@digitalrn I am... now I know what the real problem is.... the heat was mixed with female hormones... not a great mix, but it happens sometimes. :(
And this company has the best ice-creams around! :D I hear them every Tuesday afternoon traveling around the streets ringing their bell. At this time of year, they are very popular! :D
