A couple of days ago, I was walking to The Big Apple when I found the Umbrella Tree was in flower - and it had attracted its fair share of birds.
Now, the noise was amazing! There were Rainbow Lorikeets, Mickey Birds and Blue-Face Honey-Eaters - adult and Juveniles - and they were all fighting over the red berries on the trees at the creek.
In this photo I caught two of the Honey-eaters and a Rainbow Lorikeet enjoying themselves.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
