Today, Mum and I went out to the Tweed River Art Gallery together. Dad was invited, but he wanted to go fishing.
Well! What a day. We had an enormous lunch there and then toured the gallery and had hoped to see the Margaret Olley House but it wasn't quite finished - it'll open in March - and then we stuffed around onthe stone sheep out on the grounds... very funny!
Then, Mum took me to Stoker's Siding. It's a little town of about 100 people with a few little cool stores of potters, quilters and a vintage store to die for!
And we were off to Burringbar where that massive lizard is there looking over the fence at No. 79, along the main drag... the rest of him is there in the yard... I'll show you tomorrow. :)
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
