Yep, I'm doing exactly what the doctor has told me to do here. In the last week, my left arm has been giving me the worst pain! So, I've been using the strap I used for my Tennis Elbow on my right arm last year.
This time, I pinched the nerve in my Ulna (better known as your Funny Bone!). It's unpleasant when this happens... and the doctor has ordered that I rest and stop doing my beloved craft work for 2 weeks and read a book... so that's what I did today, I listened to 'The Watcher' by Jo Robertson - 4 chapters today - as Mum and Dad's house.
It's not too painful now, but so long I don't do anything too heavy with it, I'm good... so much for getting in and doing a huge amount of craft for next year...

Oh dear do hope you will soon be pain free. I suffer severe pain in my hands and wrists with Rheumatoid Arthritis preventing me from doing my crafts for nearly a year now so I know it is very frustrating but resting it will help I am sure.
