Sci-Fi Month

This month is Sci-Fi and Fantasy month in Australia. And our libraries go all out, dressing the insides up and making it fun to go out to a library!

In the Logan North Library, we get to go through a Stargate and come up close and personal with steampunk characters as well as characters from Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones.

But last night, I was there for an event about writing sci-fi fantasy action characters... even though we didn't pull a big crowd, quite a few books were sold, and we all got talking about publishing, books and other writing-related things too. :D

@wendyfrost Thank you for your lovely comment. I helped fill in with selling the books as the author couldn't make it due to being sick. It was a great night out - even though it was freezing cold.
