yeah, it looked very unlike itself when it was defrosting.
And once defrosted, a little squishy too... as it had been in the freezer for a few months. I don't eat them, as they're too acidic for me, I clean with lemons and salt too. :D

Lemon and salt. lemon yes, salt - would do you use salt for. would be interesting to find out. I clean windows either with vinegar or a piece of onion in the water.
@bruni salt is a natural abrasive. So, I'm going to clean the kitchen sink with salt and the lemon to clean up the grease and gundge from washing up and detergent. It'll leave a nice scent in the drain too.
I'm hoping to do this next week or so when I get in and replace the seal around the sink, so it's got something clean to cling to.
