Summer Corn Chowder

Yesterday, I made the most delicious chowder from this vegan recipe book!

It took about an hour of preparation, but it was darn well worth it.
It's great when new recipes turn out the way you like

@digitalrn Oh definitely! I had to cut the husk off 6 ears of corn! Then, put the cobs into boiling water for half an hour and make corn stock for the chowder... very yummy when you go the trouble of making it like that without the salt and additives. :D
