It's not often I have lunch out... and when I do, I try to make it as healthy as possible. This is a spinach and feta roll with an ice coffee.
A good change from having something sweet to eat like the chocolate mousse cake... I'm trying to keep it all healthy as possible to lose a little weight and keep the colds and flu away this year.
