This morning I was up nice and early to get in and do some chores before the day started... yep, I was up before 7:30am and it was a chilly 9C!
So, the sheets were done, and so was the hand-washing and then I made breakfast, and went around the garden and looked at which pots were going to be reused next month - and which plants were going to be replaced.
So far, this month, I've replaced only one plant and repotted another three... I need more potting mix for next month and I've been looking around the garden at what pots I can reuse. I'm ripping out and throwing out three big plants which aren't doing my yard any favours in the looks and use department. I photographed them to remind me.
Then, I cleaned out the fridge and threw out what I don't need so when I go shopping tomorrow it's easier to put things away. Then, I put out the rubbish in the bin outside.
By this time, it was 9am. Not a bad run for what was needed to be done.
Still have a lot to get done today:
laundry to put away, the lawn to mow, bathroom to clean and two toilets as well... and a vegetarian stew to make for dinner tonight in the slow cooker. And that's going to be all done after lunch. :D
