I like colors. I like seeing colorful things. Even though, if my thoughts had color, they'd be black all the time. Maybe that's why I'm attracted to colors. Because there aren't any in my head.
Great capture. Bam....the color explodes off the white. Brilliant hues. Awesome composition. I once spent some time trying to learn the colors....names. What makes blue different from cyan, green from emerald, red from crimson? Is it just the subtle difference? Everyone sees it slightly different, so therefore does the subtly exist? For me, I associate closest with grey....those writhing shades seen in the overcast sky before a storm. The grainy hues of rolling fog through a deep forest. The deep waves of craters on the lingering moon.
I'm a bit lost as to what to say. It's a beautiful, eye catching image and they're my favourite kind of pens too. What you say though tugs at my heart strings.
I always wonder , do we dream in colors or in B+W. I can`t remember.

I would love to chat with you and find out why you think that you see everything black...?! Your pictures don't show it. I love your pictures, and I don't think that if you are seeing everything negative and black, you would come with such colorful and creative shots...
My husband is colour blind and although he sees colours he doesnt see as many hues as the rest of us. I often imagine what it would be like for him to suddenly see colour as we see it and I would like (for a short time) to see what he sees,
I dont believe you think in Black.....Green..yes....most definitly Green..Nothing wrong with that...The color of money ..I was alwas told! lol! Great Aray of Colors..My Favorite Bright colors...love your arrangement also !
I don't believe your words, Livia. Everyone is colourful inside, if you're prepared to search profoundly. This shot gives you up, I'm sure. It's so colourful and pretty.
Don't know it anyone else has said this (not read all the above comments, so many!) but would have said you think in green, most of your photos feature green and bugs... Sad to think you think in black, hope you don't feel black tho? I think I'm a pink person, which makes me sound a bit girls and silly, but, hey I just like pink!
I always love it when you do this type of image, like your wrapping paper shots and all those other colorful and clever comps you come up with. You never cease to amaze.
I'll have to agree with many of the rest. Your creativity and talent certainly doesn't mix with black thoughts but only you know how you feel ;-) Love the vibrant color mix here as well as the focus.
I think I understand what you mean - you seek, capture, & create such beauty - Is it because if our thoughts were pretty and coloured with rainbows we would be completely satisfied with the internal art of our minds?
A great, big, bright and colourful "THANK YOU!" to everyone! Can't prove to anyone that my thoughts are truly black all the time, but my family and friends would completely agree with my own assessment, that I'm really a morose, pessimistic and terribly melancholy person. Aren't we always attracted to what we don't have or can't have? That's why I like colours so much.
i am not sure quite how to react to your saying you think i black most of the time as I am quite the opposite... my dreams are even in vivid colours.

These look like very nice pens, and it's a lovely shot, colours are so subjective, how do we really know what red or even black looks like or whether your red is the same as mine
