The colours are brilliant, silly question but how do you spin the camera like that?

@wenbow thank you, its not a silly question. I put it on the very slow shutter speed (8 seconds) and the moved it slowly in a 1/2 circle (I think). I tried it so many different ways. I know I did the same method with holding the camera & with a tripod -I think this was the tripod.
