I like this a little better than the color since the B/W tones cools down the background greens and dress reds, leaving more emphasis on the face. You could get the same de-emphasis in color if you de-saturated the greens, and masked out the dress and pulled the colors down and perhaps darkened them. I did have a go at this and I can post it if you like...
