"Norma?" by mzzhope

"Norma?"

He says: "I've bought some flowers for you, Norma." The woman tells him: "You must be mistaken, my name is........." At that point the woman will get a hammer to the head instead of the flowers. The serial killer forever searches for Norma....
(So if a guy comes up to you with flowers asking if you are Norma...say YES! )

"The Man Who Loved Flowers" is a short story by Stephen King, collected for King's 1978 collection Night Shift.

Well I am a Stephen King fan but don't get time to read much these days - but this has intrigued me - LOVE the image and the Narrative - and I will now be known as Norma to flower bearing men!! LOL

Great shot, Night shift and Skeleton crew are two of my favourite short story books from King. I have been racking my brain for a King themed shot. I think I may go for "the long walk", Another short story.

I do remember that scene...but not sure if it's from the same book -- seems like it was the plot of a tv mystery (Sherlock?)
