ICM Addiction

ICM is so addicting. I like to get the trees and movement as smooth as possible. This is image 200 of 200.lol! For abstract-april
Hilarious. #200 is the charm:).

I tried to explain to my adult brother that he has OCD ... after thinking for a moment he replied "Nope ... I just like things done in particular ways"!

Fire away Hope! The results are amazing!

I really like this. It's like rivulets of gold. Why do mine always look like I jerked the camera when I took the photo.

It looks great. I'm still playing around with ICM and produced nothing of quality yet

I have found an affinity for ICM too! My favorite was a field of daffodils. I love the way the trees have light coming through their long trunks.

Another beautiful abstract. It will be a shame when the trees cut off the view.

You did great - wonderfully smooth! ;) Don't worry - I also took like 200 pics when I first starting doing ICM last year. You want to make sure you are getting some colour in the shot - even if it's only a little and then you can enhance later in processing. Now, I try to include the ground in the shots to add more texture/colour (or tops of trees with their leaves). You have to play around with the spacing between the trees since you also want light coming through from the back. If they are too close together - it will be too dark and 'closed in'. I'm still looking for the perfect set of trees. I usually see them when we're driving on the highway (during sunrise or sunset) but we are not able to stop there. So still hunting.... ;)
