Manual Marigold

For the camera settings challenge. http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/19713/csc-35-challenge-get-off-auto .I normally shoot on manual, however I shoot at high speeds because I shake like crazy sometimes. Today was a cloudy day.I held my breath, took a wide stance and used a lower iso.This image is sooc/jpeg converted to black and white.

I'm almost all manual, but rarely am I doing manual focus unless I have to get something that is hiding (bird behind a limb or something). It's a lovely shot here. I would imagine that with low light, it's not ideal, but it's nice in b/w--the petals especially.
