Spirit of the Forest

"If all the beasts were gone, man would die from loneliness of spirit, for whatever happens to the beast, happens to the man."
--Chief Seattle
I heard this black bear in the forest before I saw him...and was only able to take a quick snap of him as he was walking away. PS "oil painting" filter to the rescue. When in doubt ETSOOI :)
The edit works so incredibly! This is awesome Hope...fav!

I keep intending to say Hope that we have something called Forest Schools in the UK where a dedicated time is spent learning outdoors and where teachers can be trained to make best use of such opportunities. I love the web site you noted and have passed the info on to Siobhan as she teaches in 4-11 age group.

Love the ETSOOI! It looks awesome. I'm glad you didn't get too close to the bear. I hear they can be grumpy if they have a sore head :-)
