Wow, Lisa, great capture. I was curious about your question and went to a site and did some reading--no answer. But this made me laugh: "Mating will only last for about 4 seconds. Afterwards, both the male and female leave each other to pursue other interests. The female will build and nest and raise the young, while the male will start to look for another female" WELL!!!!
