Today we drove from Vermont to Squam Lake. On the way there we were planning on going on this train up to the top of Washington mountain. Only, when we got there, it was going to cost about $300 for the five of us, which is utterly ridiculous, so we didn't. But there was a sort of lake/stream thing there so I took this shot, it's a bit over exposed but I need to practice with all my settings :)
Nice shot, I like the long exposure! It gives it a nice smoothness. I wouldn't have paid $300 either. We tried to drive up Mt. Washington when I was a kid. It was very scarey, in some places there are no guardrails and the road just drops off the side. My ears started to hurt from the pressure so we had to turn around. We still put the bumper stick on the car tho (This car climbed Mt. Washington). I'll just enjoy that mountain from the base, it's still pretty.
Nice shot Naomi. You captured the mountain stream well. Did you drive up the auto road? Mt. Washington just stands above the other mountains in the area, hiked it a few times.
