The weather has been a lot nicer today, this maybe isn't the best photo I took today but I chose it for special reasons.
I hadn't had a good day at all. My morning started off horrifically. I ended up only getting about 5 hours sleep as I couldn't get to sleep when I finally got to bed and then was woken up at 4am by a radio switching itself on after a powercut ¬.¬ then everything was going wrong and gah I was so frustrated, even before school started.
Anyway, you don't want to hear about my crappy day. We made pizzas at Beavers tonight, and as I was walking home, I passed a field. The sun was just setting and it was absoluely beautiful. I took my pizza, went and sat in the field and ate it, watching the sun go down.
And you know what? I stopped. For the first time in forever, I actually stopped and breathed. I was at peace, and I was content. It was so beautiful and so deserted. What's even more amazing is I don't find meal times easy, at all, and for the whole time I was eating that pizza, I was okay :)
Nature is wonderful sometimes. And that was the only good bit of my day :') The rest's been pretty awful...but I love this picture :)
Lovely shot! Remember if you have a bad day, to always think of the positives, like you have described today. I think its really important to try and not be too hard on yourself, and to not stress out over things and whatnot, because in 10 years time, you want to remember all the fun things you did when you were this age, and hopefully the day to day struggles will be irrelevant then!!! :-)
A beautiful pic Naomi and when you have bad days you can remember that moment and look at your lovely photo and recreate that feeling to lift your spirits :)
