Had an appointment this morning then went to a lecture then chilled for a bit then had a lovely evening at the launch of a new mental health project in Leeds where I saw a lot of people I know some of whom I haven't seen in far too long!
In other news, another friend has had a parent diagnosed with cancer. I absolutely hatehatehate this disease.
