I have never experienced depression to the depth and extent that I have done in the last few weeks.
It is exhausting. It is draining. Combine that with the stupid voice in my head telling me how fat I am and how I've eaten too much and it's a wonder I manage to do anything but keep myself alive.
Sometimes it feels too much and last night was one of those nights.
