Look who finally left the house, and not only left the house but actually got dressed and left the house instead of going out half in my PJs.
It's horrible weather today but I actually quite like driving in the rain. I went to a number of supermarkets, and popped into The Range. In an hour or so I'm driving to the station to collect my flatmate who's been away all weekend.
I'm trying to blog about the fear of starting new psych meds. I'm struggling to say what I want to say, though, because my head is very foggy, and because I feel really uncomfortable with what I've eaten and keep crying. I literally just want to function like a somewhat normal human. Sunday nights are hard because I'm facing another week off work, and because I have an appointment on Wednesday that I'm dreading and want to cancel because I don't really see the point of it - they will just tell me to eat and as much as I understand that eating is something they want me to do, it's not really that simple.
