I’m sort of wanderlusting but for nowhere in particular. I miss the old me. In fact I miss any me. I miss feeling like a person.
Had a GP appt this morning and my bloods are only slightly broken which is good. I realised there are a few things/worries going on right now but I’m trying to express them/reach out to people instead of internalising them and hurting myself in the process.
Then I picked Kate up from the hospital (she'd had sedation so needed a responsible adult and apparently I'm responsible) and had another lovely day doing house things (I learned how to change a toilet seat!) and crafting (and I think I won valentines day because her cat finally sat on me). This evening I've been working on a reallyhardtowrite blog and had a good chat with the CEO of the charity I blog for. I really need to journal the feels because there's some stuff going on, but I'm so tired after hardly sleeping last night so I think it's bedtime. Also ignoring the fact I have an appointment I’m dreading tomorrow. Also, Time To Change shared one of my blogs today which is amazing but means I have lots of things to reply to!
I really like the delicate focus and look of this image, it's lovely. Sounds like a good day for you, plus good things happening with your writing. Good stuff to build on.
Amazing minimal focus with all sorts of soft blur providing a pleasing background. Your thoughts, I think, sound encouraging. And congrats on your blogs being shared.
