This is much more black then I than I am actually feeling but it made sense with the chalkboard thing and that is how I've felt all day.
I had a good appointment with my CPN, though which was nice because my last few appointments with her haven't really been. We've agreed I'm going to ask to be assessed for the Therapeutic Community when the people ring tomorrow. This is super scary - it's two days a week for a year. But we agreed I need more intensive support right now so hopefully, hopefully this will help me get my life back...
This is such a telling piece of art! Naomi, personally I feel you've been given a wonderful gift...an opportunity to turn this all around, and in a structured fashion. I know you *know* it, and you've got a loving community here to back you along the way! We love you and wish you safe passage! It's going to do a world of good!
