There's a lot in the mishmash of my brain. I don't know how to talk about it. I've been able to write down some but I don't really want to write lots down on such public channels.
I'm okay. I'm not doing anything self-destructive. I'm reaching out. It will all be fine, in time. There's just some stuff to work through. I'm just tired. My eyes are sore and tired. I'd love a night of undisturbed sleep. It will be okay.
We all have. Less or more. Like there are all windmills in your mind. Only hope the wind is blowing from the right direction. Have a great night sleep.
The worse thing for me is to let my mind get going at night- I'm up for hours then. Have you ever tried essential oils in a diffuser? Lavender and Camomile are really great for helping with sleep. I've been doing much better since I started using a little lavender every night. That and prayer! Sleep well...this too shall pass.
The mind is a powerful thing. Try to relax and listen to yourself breathing. Be gentle and kind to yourself give yourself a pat on the back if you can reach otherwise smile at trying to do it. Keep going it is worth it.
