Ladybird

Today is World Mental Health Day and to be honest I don't have much to say about it because in my life every day is mental health day.

I'm sharing a ladybird today, though, because one of my friends lost her life to mental health problems this year. I miss her lots. We had plans that we will never carry out. She was the kindest, most selfless person, and had her whole live ahead of her. Every time her family see a ladybird, they think of her, so this one's for them.
