Through being unwell, I’ve lost an awful lot of fitness. I used to be incredibly active. But I couldn’t exercise for a long time, then wasn’t really supposed to even walk, had numerous hospital stays and then a long inpatient stay, and in and amongst all of that my fitness died. I’ve had to rebuild my body and I’m finally at a point where I can begin to build in more activity. I’ve started seeing a healthy living advisor and we are starting very small. So here is me on today’s little walk in which I got very soggy!!!
Something is better than nothing. I must admit a gentle walk is better in my eyes for my body and my mind. Enjoy it, look around and think of it as walking meditation. Keep going don’t know you but I am proud of what you are achieving.
