Stewart

I went to borrow some plinths for the show from my teacher, Stewart Scambler, yesterday. I took this through the window of his studio...maybe I should have included the window, but the light contrast was very high.
A great photo a artisan character doing what he looks like he loves.

Always fascinating to see an artist at work. And I imagine he makes it look soooo easy.

I like it without the window - you get to focus on him (and his love for his work)

What a great character portrait. The depth of field showing clearly all the goodies in the background is an important part of setting the scene, I think, and you have done that so nicely.
