The last of the mandarins from my tree. This has been the best year so far. Hopefully next year I’ll have the fruit fly issue under control...

Yummy. I try to grow them from the seeds in the ones I buy at the market. They germinate and some will grow a couple of inches before giving up.

@meotzi that’s a long term project! I would have thought it would be way too cold for citrus where you are...plus everything is so modified these days, it’s hard to grow anything from seed and have it actually fruit!

@narayani It's too cold for citrus up here and I have no idea what I'd do with the thing if it decided to flourish. It would have to be a bonsai tree.
