Antoinette and I had a sewing day yesterday which was a lot of fun. I had a go at “visible mending” which I really enjoyed. Today was a whole other story - I spread a cubic metre of wood chips in my yard and mulched all my fruit trees. Getting ready for summer 🥵
I've never heard of visible mending, it looks great. We had 10x100kg bags of sheep poo delivered today. I had to take some photos to a friend's place and by the time I got back Graham had pretty well finished spreading it over the garden.
Wow I have never thought of making a feature out of mending by doing decorative stitching like that. What a great idea. Well done on all your productivity in the garden.
