Forget March 14th, it's too close to the ides of March anyway. We should have Pieday once a week, I think it'd make for a much better song than the one about Friday.

It's hot, and the start of summer but there's something about October and November that make me want to bake apple and pumpkin pies anyway. Decided to do Pumpkin Apple, which is a really yummy combo (did a trial a few weeks ago with some leftover pumpkin filling from the freezer) for family dinner tomorrow night.
