I haven't a clue! I thought at first glance it was one of those hand-cranked, meat mincing machines. I was quite disappointed when I realised it wasn't. I'd been reminiscing fondly about the tasty rissoles my Mum used to make from the leftovers of the Sunday joint of beef.
