Very cute and charming shot, smashing dof. I like the way it looks as if s/he's staged a sit down strike just as the owner is walking off. We used to have Dachses when I was a kid and that's just the sort of thing they do.
you got so much detail in the dog - so hard to do with a black one. nice. also like how you just got the back of the boots. puts all the focus on the dog, i think. like his little white bone.
