Paula Brumbe ace I plead Colo(u)r blind on this. It all looks like a flat piece of a green or blue something or other. I bow out to let the others who inhabit the Planet of Paula to answer. Carole Imes - One of those rags that wipes up big messes??? :-) As with Danny, difficult! LOL.

Paula Cook-Farkas - @brumbe Wow, that's strange...it's some form of seafoam green...I'm going for 100% cotton! Yes, that's right...found globally. Whatever "this" is, it's that, too! Net says:-->> I have no idea...

Paula Brumbe - @aj1268 excellent answer. Now I know it is in the green family also. Pillowcase perhaps? You two collaborating again? Wow... and still wrong! ROFL!!!!

Susan McIntyre - Some kind of a rubber mat? Net says:-->> A straight guess that one. Nice try, but not right!

Nancy Holte - I'm clueless. It seems my career as a detective is over before it ever began. Net says:-->> Cheer up, everyone else is clueless too. LOL... Tee hee!

Vicki K - Is it one of those paper cupcake thingies that you put the batter in and then cook the cupcakes? AND I did mean TRANSMOGLIFIER a TRANSMOGRIFIER is altogether different, same family but different:) Net says:-->> I have no idea what you are going on about but it make me laugh outloud! So, No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy!

lorihiro - I will take a wild guess-- fingerprint?!? Net says:-->> Not bad. Inventive. A Doohicky Award! Yaahy! LOL.

Camille Bisson - because of the wrinkle at the bottom, and the hint that they come in different colors, i am going with cupcake liners. Net says:-->> Oooops! No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy! You did make me laugh a lot on this one. LOL>LOL.

Jennifer C - a doohicky guess again- is it a paper lantern??? OK don't laugh too loud... Not a bad try, I can see that one.

Liz (fotomama) - umbrella fabric???? Net says:-->> Wow... didn't see that one. Weird umbrella. Must look for one of those... LOL.

IlseAl - a rubber bag for hot water perhaps? Net says:-->> Wow! Bit short on explanation. I'm lost... LOL

Net says:-->> Oooops! No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy!

Brad Johnson - This is an aerial view of one of the mint farms where they grow mint specifically for mint-chocolate chip ice cream.
Net says:-->> Love it Brad! Great idea. So, no, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy!

Katherine Ann Klinck - hope you are feeling better soon!!! as for the photo, i am going to say an Ace Bandage maybe? the stretchy bandages you wrap around injured knees, ankles, elbows. Net says:-->> LOL. This one is perhaps the most impractical of them all. So, no, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy!

lorihiro - I'll guess a close up of a throw pillow because of the piping in the corner...probably wrong again... Net says:-->> Oooops! No, but a Doohicky Award! Yaahy! Inventive that one. I laughed a lot! LOL>

Howard N - From here in Connecticut it looks like a feather. Possibly from a green Pterodactyloid or other extinct flying creature. The spine in the upper left gave it away immediately. July 2nd, 2011
As the recipient ot the "Prehistoric, Anacronistic, Out-of-date Doohicky Award" I am most humbled and appreciative. I will do my best to set a good example, as I become prehistoric. And now the springy thingy...
coiled as it is with the long straight end It very nuch looks like what we would call it here in Connecticut, the sweep for a Foley Mill. It is a device used for mashing and the spring device would clear the bottom of the mill with each turn. Or, maybe it is something quite different.
