Will he cook pancakes this afternoon too? With chicken and mushroom in a creamy sauce (filling 1) and courgette and tomato (Filling 2) .. maybe with spinach... that's what I'll be offering. Possibly some left over for plain pancakes as pudding with blueberries or lemon and sugar. C'mon Eldest... keep up!
this is fun - and cool - @yrhenwr we have had pancakes for lunch filled with smoked haddock, peas and spinach (well it would have been sweetcorn instead of peas if I had bought some) and then pudding with orange and sugar and/or berries and cream.
@newbank I'll have the savoury one, thank you, but I'll reluctantly have to pass on the chocolate spread! My simple savoury fillings were well received this evening but, although the pancakes tasted fine, they fell apart! ...... maybe it was the new pan.
