Today it's rained heavily all day. We couldn't wait to get home from netball today. My daughter, who was playing, was soaked through to her skin and even I was pretty wet despite having a waterproof coat and umbrella. It didn't help when I didn't watch where I was walking and stood ankle deep in a puddle in my non-waterproof trainers!
@dide Thanks Dianne. We did do a little detour to have a look at your photo exhibition before heading home. My daughter didn't have a change of clothes but I had an old jumper in the car so she virtually stripped off and put that on and wrapped herself in a blanket I keep in the car. We had the heating cranked up as we were driving to try and dry us off and warm us up - poor Tilly was nearly asphyxiated from the heat! Really glad I went over to have a look at the photos though - some fabulous shots. You are all very talented.
@dide Yep, I spotted @julzmaioro photos too. I recognised some of both of yours :) There were a few people looking around when I was there but it wasn't either you or Julia manning the desk. Where do you get your photos printed?
@nickspicsnz thanks Nick. Pleased you enjoyed the exhibition. Been a fin week. I get most of mine printed at harvey norm Pukekohe. Really pleasedwwith there canvas. Wait until they do a special. And become a vip and it is more affordable.
Then drove 2 hours to Taupo in more rain...
