I was playing around with the camera trying to get high key photos of Georgina. I wasn't successful in that aim but thought some of the shots looked quite nice in b&w.
@cocobella@maggiemae Thanks very much. @deborah63 I find portraits quite difficult to do - they never seem to come out as I planned. But I'll keep on practising and maybe one day I'll crack it. And when they are rubbish, well I just delete them - a benefit of digital photography!
@julzmaioro@deliad Thanks very much. @alinz She's got her ipod in her hand - definitely the real Georgina. In the main pic she had just finished plaiting her hair and I told her to open her eyes a bit more and look up. It made her look like she was day dreaming!
@phil_howcroft Thanks Phil. I hoped I was sort of getting there with the high key but I found it impossible to fully achieve because I just lost all definition and features. More practice needed I think!
