I volunteered to take one of my daughters and her friends to the movies this evening thinking I could go into town and take some photos. Unfortunately it was raining cats and dogs by the time we got to Hamilton. So, instead, I did a bit of shopping, sat in the car and read some of the book nominated for our book club for this month, and then played around taking photos out of the car window. I got long fuzzy light trails that looks more like fire as I wobbled the camera so much, bokeh through the raindrops, actual raindrops on the window, etc.
I most like the light reflections on the wet ground in the car park - they looked almost like reflections on a lake or river. I wished I could have got out and used my tripod to get longer light trails from the cars driving past but didn't fancy a soaking.
(Looks best on black if you have the time.)
Job well done š I think you're right. The light does look as though it is shining off a body of water. A great effect. And it does look really cool on black. Fav for me š
Without reading your commentary I did think that it looked like it was on a body of water. I agree looks fab on black. I wish the rain we had today looked as good as this. Fab reflections.
