Streets of Canberra - Lady Denman Drive and Forest Drive Intersection

The Canberra Balloon Spectacular started on Saturday. The balloons didn't go up the first day due to the weather. Last year they only went up twice during the two weeks of the festival.

As it is Canberra Day today and a public holiday I was able to photograph the balloons this morning. I went to the Arboretum and photographed the balloons as they came across the lake. This is the first time I have photographed from this location.

This wasn't the Streets of Canberra photograph I had in mind but it still works for my theme this month.

I took 172 photographs this morning and am really happy with most of them. I will post some of the images over the coming days.
