I recently attended an outdoor class at a local greenhouse on how to build a terrarium.. This was one of the plants I chose. I chose it for its vibrant color. This is actually the bottom of the leaf. The top is more variegated green and lighter pink. My understanding is that the intensity of the color and variegation depends on the light the plant gets.
Very pretty- it reminds me of a plant we used to call "Wandering Jew" which had similar colors on its leaves and sent out a lot of trailers somewhat like a Spider plant. Nice shot.
