oh - well, that sounds so much less complicated! i did a handheld shot the other night - actually, am posting it tomorrow. i don't have a dslr, have a bridge but am doing manual settings as i search for and save for a dslr. i think the shot came out ok, is for the challenge i am doing. is supposed to be mostly black.
